This is an extremely tough rifle to locate in matching condition, let alone this sharp… and you rarely ever see the slings either. In excellent all matching condition, we have a 1916 dated Norwegian M1912 Krag Jorgensen Carbine. These were made in the 6.5×55 caliber, the same as used by Sweden. This comes with a scarce and hard to find sling as well. The bore is excellent. This was the standard Norwegian Army Service Rifle and the outbreak of WW2 and many were captured and reissued by the Germans and some were fielded by the Norwegian Resistance as well. After WW2 The Norwegians forces adopted American small arms and these rifles were withdrawn from service. Today they are difficult to locate and you hardly ever see them this original. One of the more difficult to locate Service rifles of WW2.
