In New in the Box condition, we have an early 1977 production Beretta Model 92 Pistol. This is the very early type with the frame mounted safety and European style magazine release and it comes with factory walnut grips and is so marked on the box. The pistol is in the original box and has a spare magazine as well. Just a beautiful example of the fine and technically advanced handguns that Beretta was producing at the time.
The Beretta Model 92 Pistol is certainly one of the most important handguns to come out of the last half of the 20th century. It is no understatement to say that this is the very pistol that made the revolver obsolete as a police service weapon. These pistols are now being avidly collected and this is a great gun to start out with for your Beretta Collection.
