In 97% very sharp condition, we have a very rare and seldom seen Czech made CZ 36 pistol, fully rigged out with the holster and spare magazine. This was a WW2 vet bring back exactly as you see it and it is exactly the type of pistol commonly employed by German Army officers not engaged in Front line duty. I can flat out tell you that if this thing was not rigged out we could never find the extra mag and finding that small holster would be a challenge as well. This to my eyes is a really nifty rig!
This pistol is 100% factory original and with a mint bore. The CZ 36 was a very innovative double action design that was highly popular in its day. Production was stopped before 1940 due to wartime priorities of making CZ 27 pistols for the German Army, but immediately after the war a simplified version of this pistol, called the CZ 45 went into production. The design was so perfected that it is still being produced today at CZ. This was the perfect little pistol for Nazi officers who were not on the muscle end of the business or Nazi Spy Ladies. Makes a great stocking stuffer!!!
