Description

In 96%+ condition, we have a quite rare 1941 Romanian Army contract Beretta Model 1934 Pistol in .380 auto. This is all matching and the bore is excellent.  The slide, as you see on almost all Beretta Pistols of the era has a nice pleasing plum color.  This was attractive toning was the result of  the high nickel content in the steel that was used for the slides.

Romania ordered these pistols in 1940 and they were delivered in 1941, just in time for the invasion of the Soviet Union.  As you might well imagine most of these ended up on the eastern front never to be seen again. Very few of these reside in North America except for the import marked crap.
