SOLD SCARCE & RARELY SEEN AUSTRIAN 1920’s ÖWA 6.35mm 25 auto VEST POCKET PISTOL, LATE PRODUCTION VARIANT, VERY SHARP!

Here in 97% very excellent and attractive condition, we have a very scarce and rarely seen Austrian Weapons Arsenal (ÖWA) vest pocket pistol in .25 auto.   This ÖWA is the late production variant and was made around 1924.  While these pistols are known for their very high grade fit and finish and are known to be highly accurate, the design was obsolete when they were made and few were sold.

The pistol is most often associated with the Armed Cadre of the Austrian Social Democratic Political Party, who obtained many of these pistols for use in street fighting in Vienna during the post WWI era of instability.  This is a very desirable pistol for those who collect small pistols or Austrian made small arms.
