In 98% mint crisp condition, we have a top shelf example of a Mauser made byf41 coded P.08 Luger Pistol fully rigged out with a nice holster, loading tool and extra mag. This is aWWII vet bring back that is named to Staff Sergeant Harold Farmer and just came out of a large Luger collection and is almost certain to be factory original as issued. This Luger is in the extremely popular “Black Widow” configuration, with the black grips and black bottom mag. This is the most popular and sought after of the German WWII Lugers. This whole rig just screams NAZI LUGER! The pistol is completely matching and has a mint bore, the DLU 1941 dated holster is in excellent condition and the original second mint fxo mag and original eagle/655 loading tool are still with the rig.
Sgt Farmer served in the 87th Infantry division and was combat wounded in April, 1945 by a German hand grenade while fighting in southeast Germany. He suffered lacerations to his face and shins but was soon back in action. He returned home in July of 1945.
