SOLD – 1922 COLT PRE-WOODSMAN .22lr PISTOL……EARLY PENCIL BARREL….NICE!

In 95% condition, we have a decent example of a 1922 production Colt “Pre-Woodsman” .22lr Pistol.  This is an early production gun with the thin barrel that collectors refer to as the “pencil barrel”  .  These guns are hard to find in any condition, they were like the Ruger .22 pistols of today, they were used heavily for recreational shooting and were popular in the South for Raccoon hunting.  the wear on this pistol is mostly on the grip straps so it presents well.
