Description

In 97% very sharp condition, we have a fairly uncommon J.P. Sauer Model 1930 Pistol.  The pistol has an inventory number on the front grip strap which is also noted on several other pistols in this serial range.  This is an indication that it was issued to a Nazi era Police organization in Germany.  This is an exceptionally fine example with great grips .  The model 1930 was an update of the models of 1913,26,29 and was produced concurrently with the Behoerden Model.  They were widely used by the Dutch Military, and the Navy and Police as well.  This is a top example of a very well made and designed pistol that saw significant service during the Second World War era.
