SOLD US WW2 US NAVY MARKED SMITH & WESSON VICTORY MODEL REVOLVER…..38 SPECIAL….MINT CRISP!

In 98% mint crisp condition, all matching except for the grips, (which you rarely see matching on these) we have a 1942 production US NAVY marked Smith & Wesson Victory model revolver in .38 special with the standard 4 inch barrel.   The bore is mint and the black magic finish really pops on this one, it ceretainly has seen little actual use.  This is the classic US Naval Aviation side arm of WW2 and it was the most widely issued handgun of the US Navy during that war.  Bush 42 carried one and so did JFK on the PT109. This is a must have piece for any serious US WW2 collection.
