In 97% VERY SHARP condition we have a very fine example and rarely seen example of the FN Model 1910 pistol is the very scarce 9mm short or .380 auto caliber. This is the very type and caliber of pistol that was notoriously was used by Gavrilo Princeps and his co-conspirators to Assassinate Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife on June 28, 1914 in Sarajevo that led to the outbreak of WW1. Indeed this pistol is only 10,000 off that serial number, probably being made in late 1913 . .380 caliber FN 1910 pistols are not at all common the vast majority of them were made in the more comfortable shooting .32 auto.
