In excellent condition, all matching down to the screws and still with the original sling, we have a top collector grade example of a 1941 production J.P. Sauer manufactured German WW2 K98k Service rifle. The bore is mint and this rifle is completely factory matching and original. The stock is un-sanded and is in the original stained and polished state and the cartouches are still very visible. This is a really nice example of an early war production 98k by one of the most desirable of the makers. As you probably know finding nice early war 98k rifles like this is very problematic, we see many more nice Lugers for instance than all matching minty 98k rifles of any vintage. If you are looking for one nice 98k or an entire collection this one is a real prize.
