Description

In 95% original condition, all matching and with a mint bore, still in the original .455 Webley caliber, we have a seldom seen British military revolver from WW1.  This is the .455 Mark II Hand ejector and it was purchased by the British from 1915-1917.  Our specimen is an early production piece dating from 1915.  It is British military accepted marked and it also shows the double broad arrows which indicates that it was sold from service.  This revolver is completely original ans is exactly as it was issued to the British Army on the fields of France.  These revolvers were very highly sought after by serving officers and it was a huge improvement over anything that Webley fielded at the time.  You were indeed lucky to have this if you were in the trenches.  This is a great piece of WW1 history and a must have for any Commonwealth Martial arms collection.  Comes with one box of original Brit ammo as well.
