Description

In 97% very sharp condition, we have a top example of the WW2 era European Dutch Army Service Pistol, the 9m/m short FN Browning Model 1922 Pistol. This pistol is fully rigged out with a  cleaning rod and Dutch Army Holster.   In Holland this pistol was known as the Pistool M25 No.2.  Pistol Collectors often refer to it as the “FN Dutch Queen Wilhelmina Pistol” for the” Crown W” stamped on the top of the slide. It was the standard issue weapon of the Dutch military during WW2 and large quantities were surrendered To the Germans and reissued to the Navy and SS and also to the Army to a lesser extent. This Pistol was certainly a German reissue as the holster was dyed black.   Certainly the nicest example of the Famous Dutch WW2 pistol we have seen in many years.
