SOLD EARLY SAUER H MODELL PISTOL…….1941 PRODUCTION……

In 97% very sharp condition, we have J.P. Sauer Modell 38H Pistol.  This pistol was made in 1941 and is  Eagle N proofed.    As this pistol is not waffenamted, it was likely either an officer private purchase or possibly purchased by some other Government entity, such as the SA or some other Governmental security apparatus.  The H Modell was the apex of pocket pistol design and they have many features such as the de-cocker which would figure so much in later Sauer designs of the post war period.  This was a truly advanced and highly regarded pistol and it is highly sought after by collectors.
