Description

In 96% very sharp condition, we have an extremely scarce German Retailer marked (Geco, Genshow & Co Berlin) 1940 Beretta Model 1934 Pistol In 9mm kurtz/corto/.380 auto this is not a Model 1935 in .32 auto, it is much much rarer.  The pistol has the Italian 1940 commercial acceptance markings as well as the Geco stamp.  The pistol is all matching with a mint bore.    Commercial guns like this were sold at Genshow to Nazis who were allowed to own firearms.  Likely this would have been privately purchased by a German Officer as it is fully rigged out military.  If you collect Beretta’s you know how many times rarer this is than the .32 auto 1935 Model Berettas that are Geco marked….this is a real find!!!

Geco marked pistols are scarce and rarely seen due to the constraints of the war I doubt there was a readily available supply of pistols  that were so marked.  This is definitely an interesting pistol and I wonder who had the chops to carry it and what is was used for.
