Description

In 96% very sharp condition, we have a fine example of a Late WWI 1918 Austrian Military Issued Model 1912 Steyr Hahn Pistol.  This was Austrian military accepted in 1918.   This is all matching with an excellent bore.  Chambered for the 9mm Steyr cartridge this was a tad more potent than the 9mm Luger cartridge.  This pistol has no magazine and is loaded from the top either singly or with a stripper clip.  Although the design was a bit archaic the pistols were very reliable and Steyr Hahn Pistols were in still in widespread use by many combatants even during WWII, especially in Italy.  If you collect WWI era pistols this is a fine example for your collection.
