In 97% excellent condition, we have a very rare and highly sought after US WWII issued Colt Commando Revolver with the extremely rare 2 inch barrel; often referred to as the “junior Commando”.  This revolver was part of a 10 gun shipment to the Chicago Union Station on May 8, 1945, likely to arm the Railroad Police as the station.  If you are from Chicago this is a very unique piece of WWII from your town.  Two inch Commandos are quite un-common and this one is made even more so by the place it was sent during the war.
