SOLD SCARCE DANISH ARMY M1910/21 BERGMAN BAYARD PISTOL, VERY SHARP!

In 97% condition, we have a Danish Military Issue M1910/21 Bergmann-Bayard Pistol.    The magazine is not matching, they never are.  The pistol is otherwise all matching with a mint bore.    The M1908-10 series of Bergmann-Bayard Pistols were the sidearm of the Danish armed forces from 1908-1946 and it was a well-made and powerful weapon at the time with the powerful 9mm Bayard or Largo loading.

When the Nazis rolled into Denmark in April, 1940 most of these sidearms were surrendered to the German forces and were then reissued to occupying forces especially the Luftwaffe who issued these pistols to nco’s.  Any serious collection of WW2 era handguns cannot be complete without this Danish pistol and this is a much nicer and more complete example than you will often see.
