For the advanced Luger collector, we have an extremely interesting and ultra rare Erfurt Arsenal Made cutaway Luger Pistol. This is the genuine Pre WWI article; the only examples established to be original were constructed at this arsenal. These Pistols were probably made around 1908 at the time that the Pistol was adopted and the Service handgun of The Kaiser’s Army. These cutaway pistols were vitally important tools to familiarize the army with their new pistol. Please keep in mind at this time, the Revolver was the only known handgun system; this was the dawn of self loading handguns.
Today, only a handful of these pistols are known to exist and they are mostly held in museums. This is a rare chance to add this fascinating piece to your collection. Because it has been demilled/de-activated due to the cutouts it can be shipped directly to you as it does not quality as a functioning firearm.
