In new in the box condition we have a late 1970’s production by serial number, 1981 proofed Walther P38-K short barreled 9mm Pistol. Certainly one of the most sought after P.38 variants and until the past 10 years or so one of the more compact 9mm pistols that you could carry. This is new in the box with all the accessories including the test target and manual.
This is one of those German Pistols with an ultra-cool outsize reputation, during WWII chopped barreled P.38’s were associated with the Gestapo and Post war these pistols were often associated with spies and secret agents. As I recall this is often called the “Man from Uncle Pistol”. This pistol will not last long so if you want it I suggest that you snap it up, its a nice package for sure!
