SOLD BRAND NEW IN THE ORIGINAL BOX, UN-ISSUED, US WW2 COLT COMMANDO .38 SPEC.REVOLVER, 1944 MASSACHUSETTS NAT GUARD ISSUE, NEW IN BOX!

We have an almost unheard of brand new un-issued, NEW IN THE ORIGINAL MATCHING COLT FACTORY BOX CONDITION, WITH ALL,THE GIBLETS …. US WWII Issued Colt Commando 4 inch .38 spec. Revolver.  The cosmoline was mostly cleaned off, it was almost unrecognizable it was so packed with grease, just like those mummy wrapped Enfields.

 Certainly one of the rarest and most desirable variants, this revolver was shipped to the Massachusetts National Guard in February, 1944 during the height of the war, so there must have been an important need for these pistols.  It is MASS. marked on the butt.   

This revolver US Army flaming bomb proofed and GHD inspected.  If you are looking for a Commando for your collection, this is a great example and is a real find for the US WWII pistol collector, especially one from Massachusetts!
