In mint crisp new & untouched 100% factory original condition, we have an outstanding example of a very early 3rd Block Production National Postal Meter M1 Carbine, produced in November of 1943. This is a beautifully cartouched very crisp example that is textbook correct, and it has never had even a drop of oil on it! It is just pristine & dry looking.
NPM made carbines are among the rarest and we just never find them. This example is about as good as it gets, and it is a real find!
