“This is truly one of the rarest Semi Auto Smith & Wesson Pistols known, the Steel Frame Model 39.  Only 927 were made, and this example is new in the box.  It is well documented from a factory letter that states that is was made as a special order for none other than Roy Jinks himself!!!   This example is still with all the factory accessories in the original matching box.  You could not find a finer example of this extremely rare and highly desirable handgun.  There are rare guns and then there are rare and desirable guns and this is an example of the latter.  Early Smith 9mm pistols are highly desirable these days and this will not hang around very long.
