In 98% mint crisp original condition, we have an exceptional example of an early production 1911 dated DWM manufactured German Army P.08 Luger Pistol.  This pistol is all matching with the exception of the magazine, which is an extremely rare early number style example that would be contemporary with the pistol.  Only 13,000 Luger pistols were made by DWM in 1911 so finding one is challenging and finding one in this stunningly beautiful condition is a significant event. You will notice the very early commercial style of numbering and  also the post 1913 arsenal installation of the hold open to the frame which is proofed.  Finding any pre 1914 dated Military Luger is a real find and getting this museum grade example will be a major acquisition for any serious Luger collector.
