Description

In new in the box condition, we have a rarely seen very early production 2nd Generation  Colt’s Model 1851 Navy Revolver.  This .36 caliber Cap’n Ball Revolver was Colts most popular revolver in the last half of the 1800’s.  It was so immensely popular that Colt re-introduced it in the early 1970’s and it was a quite popular in the day.  Today this series has become highly collectible, especially in the communist states such as New York where they cannot own modern pistols.   This is a non modern gun and can be shipped to anyone over the age of 18 and of sound mind.  This is the most desirable variant in the very early box, I am sure that many of you have seen these pistols in the big black boxes at gun shows but this predates that and is an extremely sought after early production example.
