Description

IN 98%  SHARP CONDITION, STILL WITH ONE ORIGINAL MATCHING MAG, WE HAVE A VERY CRISP EXAMPLE OF A 1918 DATED DWM LUGER PISTOL. THIS PISTOL IS FULLY RIGGED OUT WITH THE ONE MATCHING MAG, A SPARE MAG AND A TOOL AND A VERY SHARP 1918 DATED HOLSTER.  THIS WAS A WW2 VET BRINGBACK THAT CERTAINLY SAW SERVICE FROM THE LAST YEAR OF WW1 ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE END OF THE SECOND WORLD WAR.  THE BORE IS EXCELLENT AND THIS IS A REALLY SHARP LOOKING LUGER. THIS WAS THE LAST YEAR OF DWM MILITARY PRODUCTION AND IT ENDED IN NOVEMBER 1918. 1918 DWM LUGERS ARE NOTED TO BE ROUGHLY MADE, AND THIS GUN SHOW SOME OF THE MORE PRONOUNCED MACHINING. THIS IS A PARTICULARLY NICE EXAMPLE AND IF YOU ARE COLLECTING WW1 LUGERS THIS IS A VERY NICE FIND. WW1 LUGERS ARE VERY TOUGH TO LOCATE WITH A MATCHING MAG SO THIS MAKES THIS EVEN MORE DESIRABLE. THIS IS A VERY ATTRACTIVE LUGER RIG THAT WOULD HAVE SEEN SERVICE IN GERMANY THROUGH SOME TURBULENT TIMES.
