Description

In 98% mint sharp condition, with very little storage wear, we have an exceptional example of a US Property marked Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless .32 auto.   This pistol has no British export markings as many do from this time period. According to the Colt letter this pistol was shipped to Springfield Armory on Jan 26, 1945.    During the war, these pistols were issued to the OSS, G-2 Military Intelligence and many more were shipped to the British SOE.  This late 1944 production pistol is the parkerized version with the ordnance crossed cannon cartouched example. This is one of the nicest US Property marked parked Colts we have seen in a while.
