In excellent crisp condition with a mint new 1944 oub sling, we have a top example of a very hard to find 1944 production J.P Sauer manufactured  ce44 coded  98k Mauser German WW2 service rifle.  Completely matching with a mint bore and as nice as you will ever see.  This is a top collector or museum grade example of a later war rifle from the most desirable of makers.  The stock is completely un-messed with and the eagle H cartouche is very sharp.  ce44 coded have always been hard to find and the flat out mint and well marked sling just puts it right over the top.  Another rifle for the true 98k connoisseur.
