In 80% condition, (only excusable because its a Tokarev) we have a hard to find early 1937 production TT-33 Tokarev Soviet Service Pistol. This does incredibly, still have the factory original matching mag! The bore is decent; much nicer than you usually see and the rest of the pistol is matchng as well. These pistols are quite rare in North America, the primary reason being that most of the ones here were WW2 G.I. bringbacks; that were captured off of Germans who had previously captured them off of the Russians. One thing that collectors will tolerate with these pistols is the less than mint condition they are found in. Almost all of these pistols saw hard continuous use during the war and its an extreme rarity to find one with much of the thin blue factory finish left as it very easily wore off with any service use and these pistols were used in the most brutal fighting of the war.
Vast numbers of these pistols were captured by the Germans in 1941 During the beginning of Operation Barbarossa. The Nazis wasted nothing and these pistols were widely carried by the German Soldiers who appreciated the fact that they were compact but powerful pistols. These days Tokarevs have really dried up and are very difficult to locate, especially this early and still with a matching magazine.
