SOLD SCARCE POSTWAR NAZI/FRENCH SVW45 P.38 PISTOL “THE LIGHT GRAY GHOST”….MINT FULL RIG…….NON IMPORT!

In 98% very sharp minty original condition, we have an non import marked French Occupation/Mauser made SVW45 P.38 Pistol.  This is fully rigged out with the French military holster and spare magazine.  This is one of the first pistols produced immediately after the occupation by Free French Forces of  the Mauser Oberndorf plant.  There are Nazi markings on the barrel block and the French star proof on the slide and the pistol is finished in a very thin light gray almost ethereal Phosphate finish. These French pistols served in Indochina and other places the French had there fingers in such as Algeria.  This is not an import marked pistol, but most in the states were brought into the country in the 1970’s by Interarms and its quite rare to find one without import marks.  Of course this is all matching and has a mint bore.  A nice gun to cap off your P.38 collection.
