SOLD FANTASTIC MULTI PIECE JAPANESE NAVAL BATTLE FLAG……..SIZE APPROPRIATE FOR A SUB OR DESTROYER 46in X 74in

In excellent condition we have a fantastic wool multi-piece WW2 Japanese Naval Ensign.  This is a reinforced flag for flying on a Japanese naval ship.  The size of the flag 46 inches tall by 74 inches long would indicate that it would have flown on a submarine or a Destroyer.  The flag has a Japanese Naval inventory number of the type and style typically seen on Japanese Naval equipment of the period.  This flag was certainly a highly prized war trophy and would make an awesome display, it is large but still on the manageable size.
