Description

IN 95% CONDITION, ALL MATCHING EXCEPT THE MAG, AND WITH AN EXCELLENT BORE, WE HAVE A TYPE 14 NAMBU THAT WAS MANUFACTURED IN JANUARY, 1928. THIS IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF A HARD TO FIND VERY EARLY PRODCTION PISTOL AND IS IN THE FIRST 2,000 PRODUCED. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT MAKES THIS SO INTERESTING IS THE VERY EARLY STYLE MARKINGS, ESPECIALLY THE EARLY NAGOYA FATORY MARKING WHICH IS QUITE SMALL. AS YOU MIGHT IMAGINE THESE PISTOLS ARE NOT EASY TO FIND LET ALONE IN THIS NICE CONDITION, ALOT OF THEM GOT LOST IN THE FIGHTING IN CHINA, THEN WITH WW2 VERY FEW SURVIVED LET ALONE THIS NICE. WHILE THERE ARE ALOT OF SMALL TRIGGER GUARD NAMBUS ABOUT YOU JUST DO NOT SEE THESE EARLY GUNS THAT OFTEN. THIS IS A GREAT OPPURTUNITY TO PICK ONE UP.
