SOLD, UNICORN RARE, JSB CARTOUCHED COLT 1911A1 US ARMY SERVICE PISTOL, SHIPPED 8/6/1945, 100% CORRECT!

This is the one rare Colt 1911a1 that in nearly 35 years in the business we have never laid eyes on.  In 92% condition we have an end of WWII production Colt 1911a1 Pistol with the very rare JSB cartouche of John S. Begley.  While there are a some Colt Service Model Ace Pistols with the cartouche, a Straight up 1911a1 so cartouched are just incredibly rare as just a handful of these bear that JSB cartouche. This is 100% factory correct and original.  This is the one Colt we have been asked to find many times that we could never locate.
