THU DEC 19, EXCEPTIONAL RSHA/SS CONTRACT VARIATION 3 WALTHER PP PISTOL, FULL COMPLETE RIG WITH BOTH (2) MATCHING NUMBERED MAGS, STUNNING RARITY!

In 97%  VERY CRISP condition, we have an Extremely Rare and Rabidly Collected 1940 4th Contract Variation III SS/RSHA Issued Walther PP Pistol, which is Amazingly, still with BOTH of the original factory numbered and issued magazines along with the mint Akah Leading edge holster it was vet brought back with.  This gun is listed by serial number on page 94 of the SS Walther book by Tom Whiteman.  

SS/RSHA issued Walther PP pistols are extremely rare; only around 6,000 were procured and they are only 25% of the number of PPK’s that were procured.  The likely reason for this was that the Army was purchasing large numbers of PP’s and the PPK’s were more available.  These Reichs Security issued pistols are some of the most notorious Nazi issued pistols of this era; they were used by the Gestapo, Kripo, and the Einsatzgruppen and SonderKommando units that streamed into the freshly conquered lands in order to subdue the population and liquidate perceived enemies of the Nazis such as intellectuals, Communists and persecuted minorities such as Jewish People and Roma.  Finding an example such as this is an important historical artifact and the nefarious history of this pistol is the most important aspect of this artifact and should never be forgotten.  

THIS IS CERTAINLY THE MOST SIGNIFICANT SS CONTRACT WALTHER PISTOL THAT HAS BEEN ON OFFER ANYWHERE FOR SOME TIME.
