This luger was brought back by staff Sgt. Julio Savini, of the 2nd Platoon, company G of the 346th Infantry Regiment who captured it on the Siegfried Line while with Patton’s Third Army. He also fought in the Battle of the Bulge. His name and unit are clearly marked in the holster and confirmed by our research team. This rig came from the family, he passed in 1997.
