In mint stunning all matching non import marked condition we have an extremely rare (only 500 made) Swedish M/1914 Weapon Officer’s Carbine in 6.5×55 caliber. These carbines were assembled by officers who attended the Weapons Officer Course at the Swedish State Weapons Factory in Eskilstuna and were issued to them at Graduation. These weapons were hand assembled with a unique 6 digit serial number and no further inspection markings. After 1904 they were also marked with the officers name. This very early 1900 dated example is from the second year of the course.
This piece is in museum grade condition with most of the bright fire blue still intact. Certainly one of the rarest and hardest to obtain of the Swedish Mauser Rifles. You will not be disappointed with this work of art.
