SOLD ULTRA RARE EARLY 3 PIECE DOVETAILED WALNUT STOCKED GERMAN WW2 dot 41 G.33/40 CARBINE……ALL MATCHING…RAREST VARIANT!!!

In excellent minus combat carried  condition, we have a very scarce, very early 1941 production  dot41 coded G.33/40 Mountain Carbine with the EXTREMELY RARE 3 PIECE DOVETAILED STOCK. The dot41 marked 33/40’s with this stock are the rarest variant, with only a few known, most of these 3 piece stocked rifles are 945 coded.   These stocks were pieced together in this fashion to provide greater strength for the rigors of mountain climbing, they are dovetailed together with extreme precision.   They are known to be extremely rare and Rabidly sought after.  This is the the only dot 41 marked example that we ahve seen!!!  This rifle is all matching and was a vet bring back.  The cartouches will make your jaw drop, they are so nice.   G33/40 carbines in original condition are scarce and one this nice is a real treasure; you just never see the 3 piece stocks.  Most of the rifles that were brought back after the war were turned into various grades of hunting rifles due to the light weight of the action. These rifles were used almost exclusively by the German Mountain troops and to a lesser extent by the paratroopers.  Absolutely one of the most sought after of the German WW2 long arms.  Absolutely the rarest G33/40 we have had……you may never again have the chance to get one of these 3 piece stocks with this code!
