Description

In 97% original mint condition, we have an extremely rare and highly sought after P.38 variation, the end of the war production Walther Zero Series ac 45 coded P.38 Pistol.  This example is all matching and the bore is excellent as well.   According to Buxton, These pistols were assembled in March/April of 1945 out of Commercial Heeres Pistole Parts.  THERE WERE ONLY ABOUT 1800 OF THESE GUNS THAT ARE ESTIMATED TO HAVE BEEN PRODUCED SO THEY ARE EXTREMELY RARE AND SELDOM OFFERED FOR SALE.  Because of this extremely low production and factoring in how many survived the war and made it to North America this is a very rare chance to get an example for your collection.  If you consider yourself to be an advanced P.38 Collector this is one of the late production variants that is extremely important to have in your collection.
