In very sharp condition, we have a US WW1 late 1918 production Winchester Model 97 Takedown Riot Shotgun. This is in the serial range that was sold to The Railway Express Company at the end of the war. The condition is very sharp and mellow and it is a really attractive piece. This shotgun has strong association with WW1 and also the Bootlegger roaring 20’s and the later public enemy era. No gangster or G-man would be caught without this street howitzer in a fight.
