In excellent combat carried condition, we have a great example of the iconic US World War II M1 Garand rifle. This rifle was Made at Springfield Armory in July of 1943 well into peak wartime production and is 100% factory original and correct. It bears the acceptance cartouche of George A. Woody and has a very desirable Boyt made 1943 dated leather sling. The bore is used but in decent condition and the throat erosion is at 4 which indicates it has probably been there and done that. If you are looking for a very collectible example of a WW2 Garand rifle then this is exactly what you want as this rifle could be the poster boy for the legendary G.I. rifle.
