Description

In 95% condition, we have a very decent example of one of the most sight after 1911A1 pistols, a Union Switch and Signal made pistol.  This example was made in late June of 1943 and bears what collectors call the “lazy P proof” which is refereed to by that name because the P proof on the slide in place to the left of the slide axis and usually upside down or sideways.  This feature is found on mid production run pistols.  The pistol is 100% factory original and is a very good example that clearly shows the unusual features of these guns such as the bluish du-lite finish and the very bright blue trigger.  The bore of the high standard barrel is mint.  This is a great very decent honest Union Switch and Signal and not having to spend $7600 or more its a fantastic bargain.  If you can tolerate some grip strap wear this is a hell of a nice gun.
