SOLD SCARCE 1976 COMMERCIAL WALTHER P.38 PISTOL, NEW IN BOX INTERARMS PISTOL!

In new in the box condition, we have a scarce, 1976 production Walther P.38 Pistol.  This pistol was imported by Interarms  who was the Walther Distributor in the US for most of the post war years of the 2oth century.    This is a commercial pistol not an ex police or military issue.  It is completely matching and factory original.  Although it was designed just prior to the outbreak of WW2 the P.38 was still one of the most advanced pistols available for sale on the market in 1981.  When I grew up as a kid this was certainly in the top 5 cool handguns out there that we all dreamed of owning.  As with the Post war Walther PP & PPK pistols these P.38’s are seeing a surge in collector interest which I think it based on the nostalgia that we collectors of a certain age feel about them.  This pistol is about 5 years to young to qualify as a C&R so it will need to be transferred by an FFL holder.
