$2,450.00
Out of stock
This is a fine example of the Pre Fall of France, March, 1940 production French Service Rifle, the MAS Mle 1936, it is all matching and has a nice looking walnut buttstock and forestock. This was a WWII U.S. vet bring back and was likely captured and in use by German Forces, Perhaps even in the Service of the Free French or the Maquis. This is a very stout well made compact rifle with very coarse sights, it would be a great rifle for use under 150 yards and its quite handy. Its completely matching down to the bayonet and appears to have seen little actual use. This is a great example of the main French WWII era Service Rifle and an extremely attractive example at that, one which saw action in the early stages of WWII in Europe.
