Sold – WED JAN 8, VERY SCARCE GERMAN WWI IMPERIAL PROOFED 1908 BAYARD PISTOL, SELDOM SEEN PISTOL, VERY SHARP!

In 95% very sharp condition, we have a scarce and seldom seen WWI German Army Imperial Proofed Belgian 1908 Bayard Pistol in 7.65mm (.32 auto).  These Pistols were made at the Pieper Factory in Belgium under German Occupation and supervision by DWM.  These pistols are quite small, in fact its the smallest .32 auto used by the Germans during the war.  They are nicely marked at the front of the slide with a Reichs Eagle and a Gothic letter proofmark.

Certainly one of the more elusive German used pistols of WWI, they are seldom seen.
