WED NOV 5, EXCEPTIONAL & VERY SCARCE 1st CONTRACT DELIVERY SWEDISH M/39 PISTOL, WALTHER HEERES PISTOLE P.38 VARIANT, WITH SWEDISH HOLSTER, MINT CRISP!

In 98% mint stunning and attractive condition, we have a very scarce and seldom seen Walther Heeres Pistole from the first Delivery of the well known Swedish Contract, rigged out with the Rare Brown Swedish holster.  These Pistols are referred to by Collectors as the” Swedish HP” variant but they were known in Sweden as the M/39.  The first shipment of 1,000 pistols was shipped in 1939 and a second shipment of 500 guns in early 1940.  Sweden would have readily adopted this pistol as there issue sidearm however orders were cut-off due to the outbreak of  WWII.

These first delivery pistols had the square firing pin and there was an H prefix to the serial number. You will also notice the factory original painted sights.  They are quite similar to a second Zero Series P.38.  This pistol is all matching with a mint bore.  The best part about it is that the very beautiful high grade commercial Walther blued finish is nearly all intact, making for a visually stunning Pistol.  This is an extremely rare P.38 Variant that many people will want to have in their collection.
