InĀ very decent all matching condition, we have a very scarce, Final 25th Series Production Kokura Arsenal made Type 99 7.7mm Service Rifle .Ā A top example of a very hard to find late war Type 99 Rifle especially as this was the last Series produced by Kokura and has the last ditch features such as the fixed rear sight, and wooden buttplate.Ā You will note that even at the end of the war Kokura still used the early style bolt handle and did not go to the cylinder shaped bolt knob.
This rifle is extremely desirable because it still has the Imperial Crest on the Receiver, this is especially hard to find on a late war rifle as most were not issued and were surrendered and the crest was then ground off of the rifles.Ā This rifle still having the insignia is a HUGE Plus.Ā When collecting Jap Rifles remember these words; āNO LOGOā¦. NO GOGO!ā
