MON OCT 12, US WWII M1 GARAND RIFLE, MAY, 1945 SPRINGFIELD ARMORY PRODUCTION

In very decent combat carried condition with a bore and throat gauge of 2, we have a May, 1945 Springfield Armory  production M1 Garand Service Rifle.  This is a nice example of a late war production Springfield, faintly still bearing the NFR acceptance cartouche of Norman F. Ramsey.
