IN 99% MINT CRISP CONDITION, WE HAVE A VERY SHARP TOP CONDITION EXAMPLE OF A MARCH 1944 PRODUCTION ITHACA 1911A1 PISTOL. Â IT IS 100% CORRECT AS IT LEFT THE FACTORY. THIS IS A REALLY CRISP LOOKING GUN WITH VERY LITTLE MORE THAN STORAGE WEAR. iT BEARS THE ITHACA Â QC INSPECTORS MARK OF HAROLD MAWS. Â IT WAS SHIPPED ON MARCH 23, 1944 Â TO THE NAVAL SUPPLY DEPOT IN OAKLAND CALIFORNIA. Â FROM THE PRISTINE CONDITION, IT Â PROBABLY DID NOT SEE ANY USE OTHER THAN STORAGE. ITHACA’S ARE NOT EASY GUNS TO FIND, THEY ARE THE THIRD RAREST CONTRACTOR AFTER UNION SWITCH AND SINGER.
