SOLD VERY SCARCE SAUER BEHOERDEN PISTOL

This is a 95% condition example of a very rare and seldom ever seen Sauer Behoerden (Authorities model) Pistol.  This was the last design upgrade of the old style Model 1913 Sauer .32 and it was specifically designed with enhanced safety features exclusively  for Nazi Police issue.  Almost all were  sold to various German government security forces.   The most notable feature on this pistol is the trigger safety, which helps to prevent accidental discharge.  These pistols are exquisitely made and finished and are of a very small size and extremely ergonomic.  Very few were produced as the very innovative Modell 38 would soon replace it.  Today, these pistols are seldom seen and never this crisp and is a real find for the Police or Sauer pistol collector.
