Description

In excellent all matching condition, hand picked for us at a Swiss guns show,  we have a 1940 Production Swiss K31 Schmidt Ruben Service Rifle.  The bore is excellent and the metal is very sharp, the Walnut stock is quite attractive.    I think this is much nicer than the current crop of these rifles.  The K31 is highly regarded in the accuracy department and the straight pull system is much faster than the typical service rifles of the period. Although the Swiss never fought a war, these rifles have seen heavy action in shooting the holes we see in Swiss Cheese.  A big plus is that this rifle still has the troop tag too!!!
